Why cycling makes you happy

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioners work with an understanding that it is possible for someone to recognise when they are experiencing a negative state and to change it in some way to help them feel better.
One of the ways to change a negative state is to physically move about, go outside, change your view and focus your attention on something different for a while. Cycling provides all these things.
The mind and body are part of one system and what affects one has an effect on the other.
When you are cycling notice how you are feeling and really focus on what feels good. When you become aware of the things that help you feel better then you have added a resource that you can use again whenever you need to change to a more positive state.
